YES!! The App is entirely free to utilize and download, making it easily accessible for everyone. Importantly, no personal information is collected from users at any point during their experience. Furthermore, there is no account setup or login required to access all features, enhancing user convenience. Additionally, there are no advertisements played, ensuring an uninterrupted and enjoyable experience for all users. How do I use the App? Are instruction provided?

On the back of each USB controller are 2 QR codes, one is to download the free App, the other is for instructions on how to use the App. We have found that most people are easily able to use the App with out the instructions. If you do have question about App features, please use the link.

Do I have to use the App?

No. You can use the included remote control (battery included) right out of the box without any additional setup or preparation required.

How are the ducks attached to the light bar?

Using clear double-sided adhesive pads. These pads are remarkably strong, ensuring a secure hold. By utilizing individual pads instead of a continuous strip, the user can easily remove and replace one duck at a time as desired to keep your collection up to date. Additionally, there is no exposed adhesive to collect bugs and dust, helping maintain a clean appearance.

Can I add to my light bar collection or do I need to buy a new kit?

YES!! You can absolutely add to your existing light bars using a single LED controller. Lumi-Ducks was designed with expansion in mind without have to buy new kits. If you need to add more light strips, you can purchase Add-On strips and connect to your exiting system. Just use the App to adjust the number of LEDs in use.

What if I don't have enough ducks to cover all the LEDs on a strip?

We thought of that. Using the App you can adjust the number of LEDs that are currently in use. Set the pixel number to 10 and only 10 LEDs will light up. The remaining 8 will stay off unit you turn them on as you add more ducks.

Do I have to assemble the lights?

Plug the USB controller into the first light strip and connect the second strip together if used. No extra assembly is needed to use your Lumi-Ducks, but doing so is recommended for the best experience. A metal piece is included to keep the strips straight and aligned. Foam pads are also provided to help adjust the height of the strips on your dashboard.

What if one light bar is not working?

If both bars are connected to each other and the first bar works and the second bar does not, this could simply be a programming issue on the USB controller. Using the free App, find your controller in the list on screen. LONG PRESS on the device. Select Device information. Change the number of pixels to the total LEDs (18) you have in use. This is also how you can adjust the number of LEDs to match your duck collection.

Returns or Exchanges?

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of order for products that are:

• New and Unused

• In their original packaging

• Complete with all included parts

• Not installed or modified

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (deducted from refund) unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Installed Products

Because Lumi-Ducks products use adhesive mounting and are designed specifically for installation in your vehicle, products that have been installed, or have had installation attempted, are not eligible for return unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

If you're unsure about the fit or installation, please contact us before applying adhesive or permanently installing the product. We're happy to help ensure everything fits correctly.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you've received a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can quickly determine the best solution.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, at our discretion, we will repair, replace, or exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer.
